The heavy rainfall of yesterday Monday 23rd did a huge damage to the popular Okere Prison, Warri.
The new video recorded by an inmates reveals the damages done to the prison's fences and roofs, as the prison walls collapses prisoners were seen standing still, not bothering of escaping to reasons best known to them.
