Early this morning at Ugbuwangwe the said guy JOSEPH PESSU who was to be made Ugbuwangwe Chairman next week went out to get fuel following the instructions of the FG, on his way back he got stopped by a Soldier knowing full well he’s a renowned guy in the community he refused to stop ( no one actually knew his reasons) the alleged guy got shot by the Soldier and he died at the spot.
